1.About these Terms

• "Ekstremac", "we" and "us" refer to the adventure tourism business operated in Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia, reachable at contact@ekstremac.com.
• "Guest" and "you" refer to the person who contacts us about, or books, an adventure.
• "Partner camp" refers to the licensed third-party operator that physically delivers the activity (rafting camp, canyoning guide team, paragliding pilot and so on).
• "Adventure" refers to the activity you book through us (rafting, canyoning, paragliding and similar).

2.Our role

Ekstremac is an intermediary. We talk to multiple licensed Balkan camps on your behalf, match you to the camp that best fits your dates, group and level, handle communication and take responsibility for the booking flow up to the moment the activity starts.

The activity itself is performed by the partner camp under its own safety standards and operating licences. Where the partner camp is the contractual provider of the activity, its own terms apply alongside these Terms.

3.Booking and contract formation

• You can submit an inquiry via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email.
• We respond with options, availability and a quote. No contract exists yet at this stage.
• A booking is confirmed only after you accept the proposed date, group size and price in writing on any of the channels above, and any required deposit has cleared.
• Until written confirmation, prices and availability are indicative and can change.

4.Pricing, deposit and payment

• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT.
• A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival or by the deadline communicated in the confirmation message.
• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, online card payment, or cash on site, depending on the partner camp.
• Group rates and custom packages are quoted on request.

5.Cancellation and refunds

• By you, more than 48 hours before the activity: full refund of the deposit, minus any non-refundable third-party fees explicitly listed in your confirmation.
• By you, 24 to 48 hours before: 50% of the price is refunded.
• By you, less than 24 hours before: no refund.
• Medical emergencies: full or partial refund considered case by case, with reasonable supporting evidence.
• By us, for any reason: full refund of any amount you paid, or a free reschedule at your choice.

6.Weather, safety and rescheduling

The partner camp guides make all safety decisions. If conditions are unsafe (high water, lightning, strong winds, low visibility), the activity is postponed or moved to an alternative date. You can choose a reschedule at no extra cost, or a full refund. Decisions made by guides during the activity for safety reasons are final.

7.Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Disclose health conditions and limitations that may affect the activity, before you arrive (pregnancy, heart or back conditions, recent surgery, anything that affects your ability to swim, climb or be at altitude).
• Meet the published minimum age and fitness requirements: rafting from 7+, canyoning from 14+, paragliding from 16+.
• Follow all instructions from guides during the activity, on and off the water.
• Not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the activity.
• Bring valid ID and any documentation requested in the confirmation.

8.Assumption of risk and waiver

Adventure activities are inherently risky. By booking you acknowledge that risks include but are not limited to: drowning, hypothermia, falling, collision, equipment failure, weather, animal contact and events beyond anyone control. You accept these risks. Before the activity starts the partner camp will ask you to sign a liability waiver consistent with Serbian law. Refusal to sign means the activity cannot proceed; in that case we will refund the amount paid, minus any non-refundable third-party fees.

9.Insurance

The partner camps we work with carry liability insurance for the activities they operate. This insurance covers operational liability; it does not replace personal accident or travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you buy your own travel and accident insurance covering adventure sports for the dates of the activity.

10.Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to follow these Terms, by force majeure, or by acts or omissions of the partner camp where you have contracted directly with it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct where that liability cannot be excluded by Serbian law.

11.Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform when prevented by events beyond reasonable control: severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, public-health emergencies or similar. In such cases we offer a reschedule or refund as set out in the Cancellation section above.

12.Photos and media

The partner camp may record photos or videos during the activity. You agree to be photographed in the standard tourist context. We may use those photos in marketing only if you give explicit consent or you post them yourself and tag us. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@ekstremac.com.

13.Intellectual property

The website, copy, logos and content are owned by Ekstremac and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission. Content you create (your photos, reviews) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to share it on our channels when you tag us.

14.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If we cannot, the competent courts in Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer country of residence within the EU.

15.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the version of the Terms in force when the booking was confirmed.
